RO / NF Systems

Mit Water designs and fabricates Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Nanofiltration (NF) systems for industrial water and wastewater treatment. Each system is engineered to match your feed water quality and treated water specifications.
System Construction
Our RO/NF systems are built on structural steel skid frames with pre-piped and pre-wired components, including high-pressure membrane housings, multistage centrifugal pumps, cartridge filters, instrumentation, and a PLC-based control panel. All systems undergo factory acceptance testing before shipment.
Pre-Treatment and Post-Treatment
Pre-treatment units such as multimedia filtration, activated carbon filtration, water softening, and chemical dosing are integrated according to the raw water analysis. Post-treatment options including remineralisation, pH adjustment, and UV disinfection can be added based on end-use requirements.
RO and NF membrane systems are used across a wide range of industries for the following applications:
- Seawater and brackish water desalination
- Drinking water production for municipal and industrial use
- Boiler feed water treatment for power plants and industrial boilers
- Process water for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and electronics manufacturing
- Wastewater reclamation and reuse (tertiary treatment)
- Process stream concentration and resource recovery
